How Our Price Match Guarantee Works
If you find a lower price on an identical product, simply contact us with the details before placing your order.
To request a price match, please provide:
- The product name and exact model or product details
- The name of the competing retailer
- A direct link to the competitor’s product page
- The current advertised price
- Any other information needed to verify the offer
Our team will review the request and verify that the product and price meet the requirements of our Price Match Guarantee.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match:
- The product must be identical to the product offered by Elzaari, including brand, model, size, color, quantity, and other relevant specifications.
- The competing product must be new and currently in stock.
- The lower price must be publicly available to customers in the United States.
- The competitor must be a legitimate U.S. retailer or authorized seller.
- The price must be current and verifiable at the time we review your request.
- The competitor’s price must be available without requiring a special membership or private offer.
- Shipping charges and other applicable costs may be considered when comparing prices.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Clearance, liquidation, closeout, or final-sale items
- Used, refurbished, open-box, damaged, or pre-owned products
- Marketplace or third-party seller prices
- Auction or bidding prices
- Prices available only through membership or loyalty programs
- Coupon codes or private promotional offers
- Bundle offers or Buy One Get One offers
- Gift card promotions, rebates, or financing offers
- Limited-time or limited-quantity offers
- Pricing errors or typographical errors
- Products that are out of stock
- Prices that cannot be independently verified
- Products with different specifications, quantities, models, or configurations
How to Request a Price Match
Please contact our customer support team before placing your order.
Include the following information:
Product: The Elzaari product you are interested in
Competitor: Name of the retailer
Lower Price: Current advertised price
Product Link: Direct link to the competing product
Your Email: Email address you use for your order
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and respond as soon as possible.
After Your Purchase
Price matching must generally be requested before your order is placed. A price match is not automatically applied to an order after purchase unless Elzaari specifically approves the request.
Important Information
Elzaari reserves the right to verify competitor pricing, product availability, and eligibility before approving a price match. We also reserve the right to decline a request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
The Price Match Guarantee may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
